27.09.2012. Open Technologies and AITO Technologies informed about execution of a partnership agreement aimed at promotion of client experience management (CEM) solutions to the Russian market. In compliance with the agreement, Open Technologies received the right of selling vendor's products on the entire territory of the RF.

Due to saturation of modern communications market and aggravated competition, the issue of quality control and interaction with clients become more and more relevant. The providers are looking for solutions that would raise their competitive advantages and keep the existing subscribers. It would be very difficult without a transparent picture of interaction with client base and raising service control.

While analyzing the communications market and assessing its trends, Open Technologies and Finnish company AITO Technologies supplied the service providers with a solution enabling deep analysis of data on the level of service use and subscribers' behavior, revealing net mistakes influencing business.
